Educational Content (Essential viewing)

Welcome to this module packed full of education!

There's a lot to get through so pace yourself and if you only have time for a couple this week make it the following two:

1. 'Core Care' video as this includes how to perform your Diastasis Recti check and you will need to measure this in Week 1, that way you can compare your repeat result at the end. 

2. 'Core breathe' video as this explains the concept of how to 'switch on' your core muscles ready for session 1. 

Aim to watch the rest over the next couple of weeks.  Remember, you can comment on videos or ask questions if needed. 

Oh and these make great 'bedtime watching'  or 'feeding hungry baby' watching too :-)
