Learn about ways that you can support your body to heal and recover quicker with a total of 6 video presentation on various topics from supporting the early days & weeks of recovery, optimising nutrition to scar massage techniques to aid healing and a better functioning and looking core.
Massaging your C-section scar can help manage adhesions that form below the surface. These adhesions can be far reaching, affect the mobility of your core and it's function with restricted breathing mechanics and even ongoing discomfort on, above and below the scar or a 'stuck' appearance. The first two years is the ideal time to begin massaging your scar although change can happen later too.
